Welcome to Time2Board Travel. By accessing or using our website, services, travel planning assistance, or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

About Time2Board Travel

Time2Board Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor assisting clients with the planning, research, and booking of travel arrangements, including vacation packages, cruises, resorts, theme park vacations, guided tours, transportation, and related travel services.

Time2Board Travel is an independent contractor affiliated with Boardwalk Travel Agency, which serves as our host travel agency. Through this affiliation, Time2Board Travel is also part of the Travel Leaders Network consortia, providing access to preferred supplier relationships, training, and travel industry resources.

As part of this relationship, clients may see either “Time2Board Travel” or “Boardwalk Travel Agency” referenced on supplier communications, invoices, itineraries, receipts, travel documents, booking confirmations, or credit card statements depending on the supplier and booking system being used. Regardless of which name appears, Time2Board Travel remains your primary travel advisor and point of contact for your reservation.

Time2Board Travel is not owned, operated, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any other travel supplier referenced on this website. All trademarks, logos, and supplier names remain the property of their respective owners.

Supplier Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the individual travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, vacation package providers, transportation companies, tour operators, and other vendors.

Supplier policies, including cancellation penalties, change fees, refund eligibility, travel credits, and payment deadlines, apply regardless of the reason for cancellation or modification. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of each supplier included in their itinerary.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing, promotions, offers, and availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed by the travel supplier.

Time2Board Travel cannot guarantee pricing, availability, room categories, cabin assignments, seating requests, special accommodations, or promotional offers until official confirmation has been issued by the supplier.

Payments

A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on supplier requirements and travel dates.

By authorizing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier and accept responsibility for all charges associated with your reservation. Certain bookings may be non-refundable and non-changeable.

Failure to make payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits or payments already made.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment against unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellation, interruption, travel delays, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or supplier default.

If you decline travel insurance coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for any cancellation fees, penalties, losses, or unexpected expenses incurred before or during travel.

Documentation & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for domestic or international travel.

Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the dates of travel. Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation of travel arrangements, or additional expenses.

Time2Board Travel and Boardwalk Travel Agency are not responsible for costs or disruptions resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documents.

Responsibility & Liability

Time2Board Travel and Boardwalk Travel Agency act solely as intermediaries between travelers and third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, mechanical failures, labor disputes, weather events, natural disasters, supplier bankruptcy, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Time2Board Travel and Boardwalk Travel Agency shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, financial loss, delays, inconvenience, or other damages arising from travel or services provided by third-party suppliers.

Electronic Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive itineraries, invoices, travel documents, booking confirmations, updates, promotional information, and other communications electronically via email and/or text message.

Force Majeure

Time2Board Travel and Boardwalk Travel Agency shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, terrorism, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a travel inquiry, requesting a quote, authorizing payment, or proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of all suppliers included in your itinerary.
